How it works
From disclosure to signal in hours
Ingest
We poll the House and Senate disclosure portals continuously: every 5 minutes during market hours, every 30 minutes after-hours, every 2 hours on weekends. New PTRs (periodic transaction reports) land in our pipeline within minutes of being disclosed.
Parse
Each disclosure PDF is read by AI algorithms and converted to structured rows (ticker, side, amount range, owner, dates). The same parser handles bond and fund metadata cleanly.
Score
A weighted score combines the four live factors (disclosure speed, trade size, cluster activity, and member track record), with committee context and sector momentum reserved for a later release. Signals above 0.65 are the high-conviction reads. Trades from trust-managed family accounts are penalized so the feed reflects member conviction, not wealth-manager rebalancing.

Cluster detection
When 3+ members buy the same ticker the same week, we flag it. Cluster activity is one of the strongest conviction signals, and the hardest to catch in real time unless you have us watching.
